Rice nut loaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt & pepper to season’
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180oC & grease a loaf tin
- Combine the peanut butter & water together in a large bowl using electric beaters
- Add remaining ingredients & pour into prepared loaf tin
- Bake for 1 hour
