Sticky Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 extra-large cauliflower
- ¼ cup cornflour
- 1 cup beer
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup rice malt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200oC
- Break cauliflower into large florets. The cauliflower will shrink in the oven so be mindful of this
- Toss through the cornflour & arrange, single layer, on a lightly greased baking tray
- Combine the beer, soy sauce, rice malt, garlic powder & salt in a jug. Pour over the cauliflower, ensuring all is coated
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, (depending on the size of the pieces you have opted for – test tenderness by piercing the thickest piece with a knife) turning once hallway through baking & re-basting with marinade
