Vegan Fudge

Ingredients
- 500g vegan chocolate (I used 200g of dark & 300g of white)*
- ⅔ cup soy sweetened condensed milk
- 180g mixed fruit & nut
Instructions
- Line a 20cm slice tray with baking paper
- Add chocolate to a saucepan
- Add condensed milk & stir through until chocolate is melted and mixture is combined & smooth
- Remove from heat & add mixed fruit & nut. Stir through quickly
- Pour In tin & smooth over with a knife
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight
Notes
*Divide ingredients by half to make a separate white & dark mixture if you are after the two-tone effect
