Vegan egg nog

Ingredients
- 300grams silken tofu
- 2 cups bonsoy (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- ⅔ cups coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon black salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup brandy (optional)
Instructions
- Place everything into a high spend blender & blend :-)
- Garnish with cinnamon & chocolate shavings if desired
