Cheese & Vegemite Scrolls

Ingredients
- 2½ cups of self-raising flour (plus extra to dust)
- 500g vegan plain yoghurt
- 250g vegan grated cheese (or however much you like)
- Vegemite
- Non-dairy milk for basting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190˚C
- In a bowl, knead the flour & yoghurt together until you have a soft dough, adding more flour if needed. Remember, this dough will feel soft
- Split the dough into two and roll out into 20cm x 30xm rectangles on lightly floured baking paper or silicone mats
- Spread with Vegemite right to the edges and then sprinkle with cheese
- Roll the dough up gently from the shortest side finishing with the seal underneath
- Gently cut into 8 even scrolls each and lay them on a lined baking tray, 1-2 cms apart
- Baste with milk and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted
